          <t>SWU, published in October 2016 and submitted to the Unicode Technical Committee in July 2017, is an experimental encoding using the Sutton SignWriting block and plane 4 for symbols. It is not part of the Unicode standard but is supported by Sutton SignWriting resources.</t>
